FAQ
I lost my reservation code
Check the email you received after booking your Summer Rockz experience โ the code was included in the booking confirmation. If you cannot find it, email application@summerrockz.com with your full name and the dates of your stay and we will resend it.
I'm not receiving the SMS code (OTP)
Make sure your phone has signal and SMS reception is enabled (some carriers block short codes). Wait up to 60 seconds before requesting a new code. If the issue persists, email us with the phone number you tried to register.
My photos are stuck on "In review"
Photos are automatically reviewed by our AI moderation in less than 30 seconds. If your photo stays pending for more than 5 minutes, try re-uploading it. Photos depicting nudity, violence, drugs, weapons or minors will be rejected.
I'm not seeing any profiles in the deck
- Check that your matching preferences are not too restrictive (genders, age range, languages).
- You can only see members of your reservation group who also created a Connect profile.
- If your group is small or has just arrived, give it a few hours.
I want to delete my account
See our dedicated page: Delete your Summer Rockz account. You can delete instantly from the app (Settings โ Delete account) or request deletion by email if you uninstalled the app.
I deleted my account but keep getting emails
It can take up to 30 days for our subprocessors (Brevo, etc.) to fully purge mailing lists. If you still receive emails after 30 days, write to application@summerrockz.com.
I want to report a user or a bug
- Report a user: directly from their profile in the app (three-dot menu โ Report).
- Report a bug: email application@summerrockz.com with a screenshot and your iOS / Android version.
