Delete your Summer Rockz account
This page explains how to request deletion of your Summer Rockz app account and the personal data linked to it. Summer Rockz is operated by Ibiza Boost SAS.
Option 1 — Delete from the app (recommended)
If you still have the app installed, you can delete your account immediately:
- Open the Summer Rockz app and sign in.
- Go to Settings (profile icon in the top bar).
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete forever.
Deletion starts immediately. You will be signed out and can no longer access your account.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us from the address or phone number linked to your account:
Include:
- The phone number and/or email used to register
- Your username (if you remember it)
- A clear statement that you want your account and data deleted
We process email requests within 30 days and send a confirmation once completed.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymise:
- Your authentication account (Supabase Auth)
- Profile information (username, phone, email, avatar, city)
- Dating profile, photos, bio, interests and languages
- Swipes, matches, conversations and messages
- Reports you sent or received
- Notification preferences and group memberships
What may be retained temporarily
- Backups (Supabase): up to 30 days in encrypted point-in-time recovery backups, then purged automatically.
- Profile photos (Cloudflare R2): removed from active storage within 30 days.
- Diagnostic logs (Sentry): anonymised crash data, up to 90 days.
- Moderation records: if your account was subject to a safety investigation, minimal records may be kept as required by law — always anonymised and never used for marketing.
Reservation data
Your trip and event bookings are managed by our reservation partner (outside the Summer Rockz app). Deleting your Summer Rockz account does not cancel a travel booking. Contact your travel organiser for reservation changes.
